The Trickster Arts Salon!

Hey gang! I'm sitting here plowing through a box of wheat thins and a bottle of wine on a Saturday night, and I am determined to catch up this blog on all the twists and turns my life has taken since arriving for phase two in San Francisco. Or perhaps I will just stream Bridesmaids online. : ) I'm EXHAUSTED! I went from being totally broke with one minimal part time job (housekeeping at the hostel in exchange for rent) to working three jobs at once! Whilst trying to keep up all the creative pursuits which I planted seeds for while I had all that ample time for inspiration.

Anyway, where to begin... I told you a little about the One Year Anniversary of the Trickster Salon where Luke and I performed... so now I will post some pictures of us live, and tell you that it was great fun and there was a conga line of Tricksters dancing to The Train Song, and I won't tell you too much about the fact that Luke didn't have a capo and the sound was all wrong, which culminated in a post-show domestic quarrel on the streets of the Mission, during which I may or may not have thrown a clown wig at Luke after chasing him, barefoot except for my red and orange stripey socks, for a block and a half. Ahem.

Ah, the tales that will be told if we ever get famous and this all turns into a book/VH1 special. So anyway, I almost bailed on the Trickster Salon after that as I was in a state of shell-shock (while Luke was walking thirteen blocks to get home), but thankfully I recuperated and went back inside and had an awesome time making lots of new friends! And the amazing Julia O Test took pictures of Boppity Bear and I that encapsulate my entire world in one still frame. Thank you, Julia!
