In Which I Channel My Icelandic/Viking Ancestry...


at the National Museum of Reykjavik, which was filled with swords and skeletons and drink horns and jewelry, a make-shift Scandinavian cabin, sailboat, and, best of all, an interactive room where you could try on different costumes and strut around. 


I was there for at least a half an hour, and the various families and groups who wandered in were nice enough to leave again quickly, as they could see I was having a moment.
